Supply chain

What kind of relationship do you have with your suppliers? Or do you supply to a large client?

Effective supply chain management is a realistic goal and in the current climate of rising costs, it’s absolutely necessary. Smart businesses know the value of working with suppliers to improve business efficiency by optimising packaging, raw materials and logistics operations.

Cost savings in the supply chain can yield environmental benefits for both the client and supplier. For example, waste accounts for 4% of turnover for most manufacturers. Clients and suppliers can work together to identify unnecessary waste, reduce costs and improve liquidity in both businesses.

A partnership approach will often deliver the best savings for all parties because it enables a free and frank exchange of ideas and suggested improvements to existing practices.
